Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented PET/PST & Document Verification (DV) Support Specialist to assist candidates and internal stakeholders with end-to-end coordination for recruitment-stage activities such as admit card guidance, PET/PST scheduling support, document verification readiness, and helpdesk operations. This role focuses on accurate communication, process compliance, candidate support, and record management aligned with recruitment workflows for Sub Inspector (Confidential) and Assistant Sub Inspector (Clerk/Accounts) positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide candidate support for PET/PST and DV stages, including guidance on login steps, required details (Registration No./Login ID/Roll No., Password/DOB, verification code/captcha), and troubleshooting common access issues.
- Coordinate and track recruitment milestones such as exam city notifications, admit card release timelines, PET/PST dates, results, and DV/medical stage instructions.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate queries, resolutions, and escalation logs while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
- Assist in preparing candidate-facing instructions for downloading admit cards and understanding selection stages (Written Exam, PET, PST, DV, Medical).
- Support verification readiness by providing checklists for documents, eligibility reminders, and process guidelines for DV appointments.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure consistent communication across channels (web updates, notices, helpdesk scripts).
- Ensure compliance with recruitment rules and published eligibility criteria for relevant posts (SI Confidential, ASI Clerk, ASI Accounts).
- Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to reduce candidate friction and increase clarity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) from a recognized university; B.Com preferred for accounts-focused support responsibilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Comfortable guiding candidates through online portals and digital workflows (login, downloading notices/admit cards, verifying details).
- High attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes and timelines.
- Ability to handle sensitive candidate data with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency with common office tools (spreadsheets, email, ticketing/helpdesk tools).
- Typing proficiency is a plus (Hindi and English) and familiarity with basic computer certification (e.g., O Level or equivalent) is advantageous.
- Prior experience in recruitment operations, examination coordination, government/PSU hiring support, or customer helpdesk is preferred.
