Responsibilities
- SI (Confidential): Support confidential communications and documentation, stenography/typing tasks, and administrative coordination as required by the department.
- ASI (Clerk): Handle office clerical work, record maintenance, drafting/typing of official documents, data entry, and general administrative support.
- ASI (Accounts): Assist in accounting and financial record maintenance, processing departmental financial documentation, and supporting audits and account-related reporting.
- Participate in recruitment selection stages including written examination, PET/PST, document verification, and medical examination as applicable.
Eligibility & Requirements
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025):
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 28 years
- Relaxation: As per UP Police/UPPRPB rules and regulations
Educational Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
- Sub-Inspector (Confidential): Graduate; Typing speed (English: 30 wpm, Hindi: 25 wpm); Stenography: 80 wpm; ‘O’ Level course.
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Clerk): Graduate; Typing speed (English: 30 wpm, Hindi: 25 wpm); ‘O’ Level course certificate.
- Assistant Sub-Inspector (Accounts): B.Com degree; Hindi typing: 15 wpm; ‘O’ Level course certificate.
