UPCAT Answer Key Content Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented UPCAT Answer Key Content Analyst to support the accuracy, structure, and publishing quality of exam-related content pages (e.g., answer keys, results, admit cards, notifications). In this role, you will review source material, validate dates and eligibility details, standardize formatting, and publish clean, user-friendly updates across web properties.

This position is ideal for someone who can work with high-volume, time-sensitive information and maintain strict quality standards while coordinating with editorial, SEO, and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze source pages and official links to extract key information (important dates, fees, eligibility, selection process, steps to download, and important links).
  • Verify accuracy and consistency of exam-related data (e.g., notification dates, exam dates, result dates, fee rules, age limits, qualifications, vacancy breakdowns, and selection stages).
  • Prepare and publish structured content for “Answer Key” pages, ensuring clarity, completeness, and adherence to internal templates.
  • Standardize headings, tables, lists, and link labels (e.g., “Download Answer Key,” “Official Website,” “Apply Online”) for consistent user experience.
  • Perform link validation and hygiene checks (broken links, incorrect anchors, mismatched URLs, duplicate CTAs).
  • Maintain version control for updates (e.g., revised answer keys, final keys, objection windows) and ensure prior updates are archived appropriately.
  • Coordinate with SEO/editorial teams to apply metadata, tags, and categories aligned to search intent (e.g., “Answer Key,” “Admit Card,” “Result”).
  • Support basic QA of page rendering (HTML correctness, mobile readability, spacing, and accessibility considerations such as meaningful link text).
  • Document edge cases and propose improvements to templates/workflows to reduce errors and speed up publishing.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in any discipline (Bachelor’s required).
  • 1+ years of experience in digital content operations, editorial QA, data validation, or similar publishing roles (freshers with strong aptitude may be considered).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies in dates, numbers, eligibility rules, and formatting.
  • Comfort working with structured content (headings, lists, tables) and basic HTML editing.
  • Ability to interpret and summarize complex exam notifications and translate them into clear, user-focused content.
  • Strong written English (Hindi familiarity is a plus for exam-focused audiences).
  • Working knowledge of CMS tools (WordPress or similar) is preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple updates under tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Ethical approach to content: preference for official sources, correct attribution, and avoidance of misleading claims.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary with performance-based increments.
  • Hybrid/remote work options (role-dependent) and flexible scheduling during non-peak periods.
  • Paid time off and holidays.
  • Learning opportunities in SEO, content systems, and publishing automation.
  • Collaborative team culture with clear processes and quality standards.
  • Opportunity to work on high-impact, high-traffic education and government exam content.
