Responsibilities

- 10+2 (Intermediate) with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed.), or
- 10+2 (Intermediate) with at least 50% marks and 4-year B.A./B.Sc.Ed. or B.A. Ed./B.Sc.Ed., or
- Post-Graduation with minimum 55% marks (or equivalent) and three-year integrated B.ED-M.ED.
- Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026): Minimum 18 years; Maximum 40 years (age relaxation as per applicable rules).
- Ability to communicate clearly, manage classrooms effectively, and support student learning.
- Comfort with basic documentation and compliance requirements for government/board-linked roles.
