Position: UPUMS Etawah Various Post – Answer Key & Objection Support Specialist
We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support candidates and internal stakeholders with answer key access, verification workflows, and objection/representation submissions related to UPUMS Etawah Various Post recruitments. This role focuses on ensuring accurate guidance, timely communication, and compliant handling of candidate queries across online portals.
Responsibilities
- Guide candidates on how to access and download answer keys through official portals, including login credential support (e.g., registration details, date of birth, captcha steps).
- Provide step-by-step assistance for raising objections/representations against answer keys as per published notices and timelines.
- Maintain and update a knowledge base of common issues (login errors, link redirection, document upload problems, browser/device compatibility).
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to escalate portal issues, broken links, and access errors; track resolution status.
- Validate candidate-submitted information for completeness and formatting before submission (where applicable), ensuring adherence to instructions.
- Draft and publish clear, user-friendly instructions and FAQs for answer key download, objection filing, and status tracking.
- Monitor official updates and notifications and communicate changes promptly to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of queries, resolutions, and turnaround times; prepare weekly summary reports.
- Ensure confidentiality and secure handling of candidate data in line with organizational policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certification in customer support/operations is a plus.
- 1–3 years of experience in support operations, recruitment/exam helpdesk, or portal-based customer service (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain processes clearly and professionally.
- Comfortable working with web portals and online forms; ability to troubleshoot common browser/device issues.
- High attention to detail and process compliance; ability to follow official instructions precisely.
- Ability to manage multiple requests under time-bound cycles (answer key release windows, objection deadlines).
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
- Hindi and English proficiency preferred, given candidate communication needs.
