- Maintain accurate records of notifications, eligibility criteria, vacancy counts, and selection stages in internal trackers.
- Assist with document verification readiness by preparing checklists and ensuring candidates understand required certificates, experience proofs, and registrations (where applicable).
- Handle candidate queries via email/phone/chat with professional, compliant communication; escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Review and format recruitment content for clarity and consistency (important dates, fees, age limits, qualification requirements, and selection process).
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality standards when handling candidate information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to publish updates, FAQs, and important links (result, admit card, answer key, notification, official website).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional qualifications in HR/Administration are a plus.
- 1+ year experience in recruitment operations, education/government exam support, admissions support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple posts, timelines, and eligibility rules simultaneously.
- Comfortable interpreting structured requirements such as age limits, category-based fee rules, and post-wise eligibility.
- Excellent written communication skills; ability to create clear instructions and FAQs.
- Proficiency with MS Office/Google Workspace; ability to maintain trackers and documentation.
- Ability to work under deadlines during peak cycles (admit card release, exam days, result publication).
- Preferred: Familiarity with government recruitment terminology (CRT, DV, medical exam) and candidate support workflows.
