Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Wipro Exam Result Coordinator to support the end-to-end lifecycle of examination result operations. This role focuses on coordinating result publishing workflows, maintaining accurate records, supporting candidate queries, and ensuring timely updates across internal systems and public-facing channels.
The ideal candidate is organized, process-driven, comfortable working with structured data, and capable of collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy, compliance, and a smooth candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate exam result processing activities, including data intake, validation, reconciliation, and publishing readiness.
- Maintain and update result dashboards, trackers, and documentation to ensure real-time visibility of status.
- Support the release of set-wise/phase-wise results and related notices, ensuring correct version control and audit trails.
- Assist with candidate communications regarding result availability, re-check/re-evaluation processes, and objection windows (where applicable).
- Work with internal teams to manage links, downloads, and content updates for result pages and related resources (e.g., question papers, answer keys, notices).
- Perform quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing records, or formatting issues prior to publishing.
- Handle incoming queries via email/ticketing systems; triage issues and escalate complex cases to appropriate teams.
- Ensure data privacy and confidentiality standards are followed when handling candidate information.
- Prepare periodic reports on throughput, error rates, turnaround times, and improvement opportunities.
- Support process improvements by documenting SOPs and proposing automation or workflow enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration, IT, Data/Operations, or related fields).
- 1–3 years of experience in operations coordination, data processing, exam administration, or customer support (freshers with strong skills may be considered).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivots, lookups) and basic reporting.
- Comfortable working with web-based admin panels/CMS for content and link updates.
- Excellent written communication skills for drafting updates, notices, and candidate responses.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and follow structured processes.
- Basic understanding of data privacy and secure handling of personal information.
- Nice to have: experience with ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Zendesk), basic SQL, or workflow tools.
