Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) has announced a recruitment drive for Trade Apprentice positions for the year 2025. A total of 167 vacancies are available across multiple trades in Madhya Pradesh. This is a great opportunity for candidates who have completed their 10th or 12th along with an ITI in the relevant trade.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must have passed 10th standard and possess an ITI certificate in the relevant trade, or have passed 12th along with ITI. Candidates with higher professional qualifications such as Diploma, B.E., B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., etc., are not eligible and will not be considered.

Age Limit

Applicants should be between 18 and 25 years of age as on the closing date. Age relaxation as per government norms is applicable for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on the merit of marks obtained in ITI and 10th standard. No written test or interview will be conducted.

Trades Available

The apprenticeship is offered in various trades including Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician, Carpenter, Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA), Draftsman (Civil), Draftsman (Mechanical), Electrician, Fitter, Horticulture, Instrument Mechanic, Mason (Building Constructor), Mechanic Diesel, and others.

How to Apply

Candidates need to first register on the Government apprenticeship portal at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. After registration, they must apply online on the HCL website for only one trade matching their qualification. Multiple applications will not be accepted.

Important Dates

The application process is open until 27 August 2025. Candidates are advised to apply well before the deadline.
