- 1.) Preliminary Examination – An online objective test consisting of English Language, Quantitative Aptitude, and Reasoning Ability. Only shortlisted candidates proceed to the next stage.
- 2.) Main Examination – A more comprehensive online test covering Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, General/Economy/Banking Awareness, English Language, Data Analysis & Interpretation, and a Descriptive Paper (Letter/Essay).
- 3.) Interview – Candidates qualifying in the main exam are called for a personal interview. Final selection is based on aggregate marks (main exam + interview).

- Step 1: Visit the official IBPS website (ibps.in) and click on the 'CRP PO/MT' notification link.
- Step 2: Register by providing basic details like name, date of birth, email, and mobile number. A provisional registration number and password will be generated.
- Step 3: Log in using the credentials and fill in the online application form with personal, educational, and work experience details as required.
- Step 4: Upload scanned copies of recent photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and a handwritten declaration as per specifications.
- Step 5: Pay the application fee online via debit/credit card, net banking, or UPI. General/OBC/EWS: ₹850 (including GST); SC/ST/PwBD: ₹175 (Intimation charges only).
