About RRB ECG Technician Recruitment 2025
The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has published a notification for the recruitment of ECG Technicians for various railway zones across India. A total of 4 vacancies are available for this post. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online before the last date.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:Candidates must have completed Graduation in Science (any stream) and possess a Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in ECG Laboratory Technology, Cardiology, Cardiology Technician, or Cardiology Techniques from a recognized institute.
Age Limit:The age of the applicant should be between 18 and 33 years as of the closing date. Relaxation in the upper age limit is applicable as per government rules for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates.
Application Fee
The application fee for General and OBC candidates is ₹500 (₹400 refundable after appearing in the CBT). For SC/ST/PwBD/ExSM/Female/Minority/EBC candidates, the fee is ₹250 (fully refundable after appearing in the CBT).
Selection Process
The selection will be based on a Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by a Skill Test or Aptitude Test (if applicable), Document Verification, and a Medical Examination. Final merit will be drawn based on performance in all stages.
