The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (IARI), under the Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), invites applications for the temporary position of Young Professional –II (YP-II) for a specific project. This is an excellent opportunity for recent B.Sc. graduates to gain hands-on research experience in agricultural sciences.

About the Position

The selected candidate will be engaged in crop raising, seed testing, and biochemical and molecular techniques. The job is based at the IARI campus in New Delhi and offers a consolidated salary of ₹42,000 per month. The position is purely contractual and will end with the project.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Agriculture, Biological Sciences, or a closely related discipline from a recognized university.

Desirable Experience:Working experience in crop raising, seed testing, and biochemical and molecular techniques is preferred.

Age Limit:Applicants must be between 21 and 45 years of age.
