NMDC Technician Apprenticeship 2025 Overview

National Mineral Development Corporation (NMDC) Limited, a leading public sector enterprise in mining, has invited applications for the engagement of Technician Apprentices for the year 2025. This apprenticeship is open to candidates holding a Diploma in Engineering or 10th pass with ITI certification in relevant trades. A total of 10 vacancies are available for the trades of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Mining.

Important Dates

The walk-in interviews will be conducted on the following dates at the Training Institute, B.I.O.M, Kirandul Complex, Dantewada (Chhattisgarh):
12th, 13th, 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 20th, and 21st November 2025. Candidates must appear on the date specified for their trade.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have a Diploma in Engineering in the relevant discipline or 10th pass with an ITI certificate in the related trade from a recognized board or institute. Age limit is as per the Apprenticeship Rules; however, specific age details are mentioned in the official notification.

Stipend

Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend ranging from Rs. 6,800 to Rs. 12,300 as per government norms.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a walk-in interview and document verification. Candidates must bring original certificates and photocopies along with a pre-registration printout from NAPS (for ITI) or NATS (for Diploma).

Interested candidates must first register online on the respective portal – NAPS (www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in) for ITI candidates or NATS (www.mhrdnats.gov.in) for Diploma holders. After successful registration, candidates should attend the walk-in interview at the specified venue with all necessary documents.
