IIT BHU Research Associate Recruitment 2025
Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi, also known as IIT BHU, has announced a temporary position for a Research Associate (RA) to work on a project related to vacuum electronic high power microwave sources and amplifiers. The position is purely temporary and coterminous with the project.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have an ME/M.Tech/MS degree in Electronics & Communication, Applied Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering, or a closely related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in the relevant area is desirable. The upper age limit is 35 years.
Salary and Tenure
The selected candidate will receive a monthly salary of Rs. 67,000. The appointment is purely temporary and will last until the project duration.
Selection Process
Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on the interview performance and academic background.
