State Bank of India (SBI) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Project Development Manager (Business) under Specialist Cadre Officer (SCO) category on a contract basis. This is a great opportunity for experienced professionals with an MBA/PGDM and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Contract Terms

The initial contract is for a period of 5 years, which may be renewed for up to another 4 years at the bank's discretion. The contract can be terminated by either party by giving 2 months' notice or by paying/surrendering 2 months' compensation in lieu of notice.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:MBA/PGDM from a recognized institute or university.
• Age Limit:30 to 40 years.
• Experience:Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in business development or related fields.

Selection Process

1. Shortlisting:Candidates will be shortlisted based on their qualifications and experience. The bank reserves the right to decide the shortlisting criteria.
2. Interview:Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal, telephonic, or video interview carrying 100 marks. The final merit list will be prepared solely on the basis of interview scores. In case of a tie, age (descending) will be the deciding factor.
3. CTC Negotiation:Negotiation regarding the final CTC may take place during or after the interview process.
