Selection Process
- 1.) Candidates with valid GATE/NET score or any national level examination conducted by Central Government Departments/Agencies will be called for a Walk-in Personal Interview on 01/08/2025.
- 2.) Candidates without GATE/NET will be selected on merit basis through a Competitive Written Examination scheduled on 07/08/2025, followed by a Personal Interview.

The International Advanced Research Centre for Powder Metallurgy and New Materials (ARCI), an autonomous institute under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India, is conducting a recruitment drive for the post of Senior Research Fellow (SRF) in 2025. A total of 4 vacancies are available for candidates who have completed M.Sc. or M.S. in Chemistry, Physics, Nanotechnology or related disciplines.
Selection Process
Candidates who have qualified GATE, NET or any other national level examination conducted by Central Government Departments/Agencies will be selected through a Walk-in Personal Interview scheduled for 1st August 2025. Candidates without such qualifications will have to appear for a Competitive Written Examination on 7th August 2025, followed by a Personal Interview.
Salary and Age Limit
The selected candidates will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 42,000. The maximum age limit is 32 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation will be provided as per government norms for reserved categories.
