Minimum age is not required. Maximum age is 45 years for General male, 48 years for OBC and female UR/BC/EBC, 50 years for SC/ST, and 55 years for employees of Bihar SHSB as on 01 August 2024.
Candidates must have completed MD or MS and have at least 3 years of teaching experience as Senior Resident, Registrar, or Tutor in the same subject from a recognized medical college.
The selection process includes a written examination (objective type, 100 questions, 100 marks), followed by an interview, and also evaluation of academic performance and work experience.
The application fee for General/BC/EBC/EWS is ₹100. SC/ST/PH of Bihar and all female candidates of Bihar pay ₹25. Additional biometric fee of ₹200 may apply.
