The Supreme Court of India (SCI) has released a notification for the recruitment of Law Clerk-cum-Research Associates (commonly known as Law Clerk) for a total of 90 posts. The online application process started on 14 January 2025 and will close on 07 February 2025. Candidates must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria before applying.

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university. Those studying in the 5th year of a Five-Year Integrated Law Course or the 3rd year of a Three-Year Law Course after graduation are also eligible. Strong research and analytical skills, writing abilities, and computer knowledge (including e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw) are required.

Minimum age is 20 years and maximum age is 25 years as on 01 October 2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.

General, OBC, and EWS candidates need to pay Rs. 500/-, while SC, ST, and PH candidates pay Rs. 250/-.
