The Indian Agricultural Research Institute (ICAR-IARI), New Delhi, has invited applications for the position of Project Associate-I on a temporary contractual basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates holding a Master's degree in relevant life science disciplines and who have cleared the NET examination.

Total number of vacancies: 01. The monthly emolument is Rs. 31,000. The position is purely project-based and co-terminus with the project duration.

Educational Qualification

Applicants must possess M.Sc. or M.S. in Biotechnology, Genetics, Life Sciences, or a closely related field from a recognized university. Candidates with a 3-year Bachelor’s degree and a 2-year Master’s degree are required to have qualified the NET (National Eligibility Test) as per the prescribed norms.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for the post is 35 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation may be applicable as per government rules for reserved categories.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic record and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. No written exam is scheduled.
