Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), a leading aerospace and defense company, has announced a recruitment drive for Diploma Apprentice positions in its establishments across Maharashtra. Overview

HAL is looking for enthusiastic candidates who have completed a diploma in various engineering specializations. The apprenticeship will last for one year as per the Apprenticeship Act, and selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹8,000.

Available Specializations

The 57 vacancies are distributed across the following engineering disciplines: Civil, Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics, and Information Technology. Candidates should have a diploma in the relevant field.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification:Diploma in the relevant engineering branch passed in the years 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, or 2025. Candidates with a status of 'Appearing' or 'Result Awaited' are not eligible.
• Age Limit:As per government norms, but not specified in the notification. Candidates are advised to refer to the official notification for age relaxation details.
• Important:Candidates who have already registered as an apprentice elsewhere or have completed an apprenticeship are not eligible.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the merit of marks obtained in the diploma examination. Shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification. No written exam or interview is expected.

How to Apply

1. First, register on the NATS 2.0 portal (nats.education.gov.in) using your diploma details to get a unique Student ID/Enrollment ID.
2. Next, fill the Google form provided in the official HAL notification. Attach scanned copies of required documents like diploma certificate, mark sheets, caste certificate (if applicable), etc.
3. Submit the form before 10 August 2025. Keep a printout for future reference.
