POWERGRID (Power Grid Corporation of India Limited) has released a notification for the engagement of HR Executive Apprentices at its Gujarat locations. This one-year apprenticeship program is designed for fresh MBA/PGDM graduates specializing in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Personnel Administration, or Industrial Relations. The selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 17,500.

The last date to submit the online application is 06 October 2025. Candidates are advised to apply well before the deadline.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:MBA or PGDM in Human Resource Management, Personnel Management, Personnel Administration, or Industrial Relations from a recognized university or institute.

Age Limit:Minimum 18 years. The maximum age is generally up to 30 years as per standard apprenticeship guidelines.

Disqualification:Candidates who have undergone apprenticeship training in any organization for any duration are not eligible to apply.

Stipend and Tenure

The apprenticeship will last for one year, with a fixed monthly stipend of Rs. 17,500. No additional allowances will be provided.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on the following stages:

• Shortlisting of applications based on eligibility and academic merit
• Document verification of shortlisted candidates
• Medical examination as per POWERGRID norms
• Issue of appointment letter
