The Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER Thiruvananthapuram) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a research project. Age Limit

Candidates must be below 28 years of age as of the last date of application. Age relaxation may apply as per government norms, but no specific category relaxation is mentioned in the notification.

Educational Qualification

Applicants should possess a B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Additionally, candidates must have qualified CSIR/UGC-NET or GATE examination.

Salary

The selected Junior Research Fellow will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000.

Selection Process

The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by an interview. Only candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be called for the interview.

Note:The appointment is purely temporary and will terminate automatically on closure of the research project. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
