Job Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring skilling programs, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring effective delivery of training modules. The role demands strong leadership, operational efficiency, and a strategic mindset.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:MBA/PGDM or Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience:Minimum 3 years for Manager and 5 years for Senior Manager in a relevant field.
• Age Limit:Maximum 45 years as on the closing date of the application.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a CTC of approximately Rs. 10 Lakhs per annum, along with other allowances as per institute norms.

Selection Process
