Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IITGN) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Project Scientist-I. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified engineers and scientists with a background in power electronics and drives.
Job Details
The post is purely temporary and based at the IIT Gandhinagar campus in Gujarat. Selected candidates will work on projects involving power converters, FPGA/DSP based control, and machine learning applications in power engineering.
Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of ₹77,000 per month. No other allowances are applicable.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:ME/M.Tech/MS in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related fields from a recognized university.
Experience:Candidates should have proven experience in power converters and drives, design and control using FPGA/DSP, power engineering simulations and modelling, and power hardware experience. Knowledge of machine learning is desirable.
