The Telangana State Level Police Recruitment Board (TSLPRB) has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Assistant Public Prosecutors. This is an excellent opportunity for law graduates with advocacy experience to serve in the state's prosecution department.

Overview

The recruitment aims to fill 118 vacancies for Assistant Public Prosecutors. Candidates must possess a Degree in Law (LLB/LLB(Hons)) or an integrated 5-year law degree after Intermediate. Additionally, at least three years of active practice as an Advocate in Criminal Courts within Telangana is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in the pay scale of Rs. 54,220 to Rs. 1,33,630 per month. Other allowances and benefits as per government rules will also apply.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification:Degree in Law (LLB/LLB(Hons)) or equivalent. Integrated 5-year law course after Intermediate is also considered.
• Experience:Minimum 3 years of active practice as an Advocate in Criminal Courts in Telangana.
• Age Limit:Maximum 34 years for General category (age relaxation for reserved categories as per norms).

Selection Process

The selection will be based on a Written Examination, followed by an Interview and Document Verification. The final merit list will be prepared accordingly.
