Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Lucknow division, has announced the engagement of Degree Apprentices for a one-year apprenticeship training program. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have recently completed their B.Sc degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics to gain practical experience in a prestigious public sector undertaking.

Overview of HAL Degree Apprenticeship 2025

The apprenticeship training will be conducted at HAL’s Technical Training Centre in Lucknow. Candidates will receive a stipend as per the Apprenticeship Act and will be trained in various technical and administrative areas relevant to the aerospace industry. The total number of vacancies will be notified separately.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a B.Sc or B.Sc (Hons) degree in Chemistry, Mathematics, or Physics from a university recognized by the UGC. The minimum percentage of marks required will be as per the norms set by HAL.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is 26 years as of the last date of application. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be applicable as per Government of India rules.

Application Process

Interested candidates must first register on the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal atnats.education.gov.into obtain a valid registration number. After that, they need to fill the online application form on the HAL Lucknow training portal athttp://59.89.119.210/trg. The form must be submitted with a recent photograph and signature. Candidates must ensure all details are correct before final submission, as no corrections will be allowed later.

Selection Process

The selection will be based entirely on merit, taking into account the aggregate percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying degree. A provisional merit list will be displayed on the HAL website. Provisionally selected candidates will be called for document verification at the Technical Training Centre, Lucknow. Final appointment is subject to successful verification of documents and fulfillment of all eligibility conditions.

Important Points to Note

• Candidates who have already undergone apprenticeship training for one year or more, or have work experience of one year or more, are not eligible.
• Those pursuing degrees through correspondence or distance mode are not eligible.
• Any form of canvassing will lead to immediate disqualification.
• False information or incomplete applications will be rejected.
