Uttar Pradesh Government has launched the Family ID (Ek Parivar Ek Pahchan) Scheme for online registration. All residents of Uttar Pradesh can register to get a 12-digit unique family ID for availing various government benefits like scholarships, pensions, and subsidies.

Eligibility

All residents/families of Uttar Pradesh can register. Ration card holders do not need to register; their ration card number will serve as Family ID.

How to Register

1. Visit the official portal: familyid.up.gov.in
2. Click on 'New Registration' and enter name and mobile number linked with Aadhaar.
3. Verify via OTP and login.
4. Enter Aadhaar number and verify OTP, then fill personal details.
5. Add family members by their Aadhaar numbers and OTP verification.
6. Provide address details and submit to receive Family ID.

After submission, you will receive a 12-digit Family ID and an application number. No changes can be made after submission.
