The Indian Institute of Technology Jammu (IIT Jammu) has announced a walk-in interview for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a sponsored research project. This is a temporary position offering a fellowship of Rs 31,000 per month. Eligible candidates who have qualified national level tests like GATE or CSIR-UGC NET are encouraged to apply.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess an MA, M.Sc, or Master of Education (M.Ed) in the relevant discipline from a recognized university. They must also have cleared any of the following: GATE, CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship). Age limit is 28 years as of the application deadline. Age relaxation may be applicable as per government norms.

Selection Process

Applications will be shortlisted based on academic credentials and national test scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an online interview. The final selection will be based on interview performance.

Salary and Benefits
