NIT Rourkela Junior Research Fellow Recruitment 2025
National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NIT Rourkela) has announced a recruitment notification for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the Department of Life Science. The fellowship is a temporary position for a duration of two years. Interested and eligible candidates are encouraged to apply through the prescribed application procedure.
Position Details
The JRF position offers a monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000. The total number of vacancies is 02. The project will involve research work in the field of life sciences, with specializations in biochemical engineering, biotechnology, or environmental engineering.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:Candidates must have an ME/M.Tech/MS degree in Biochemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related Life Science discipline from a recognized university or institute.
Additional Requirement:A valid GATE score or NET certificate (CSIR/UGC/ICMR/DBT/ICAR – LS/JRF) is mandatory.
