Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology Surat (SVNIT Surat) has announced a recruitment drive for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF)/Project Associate-I on a contractual basis. The position is in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and is ideal for candidates with a postgraduate degree in engineering or technology.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must hold an ME, M.Tech, or MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline. Preference may be given to those with relevant research experience. There is no age limit specified in the notification.

Salary and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a monthly fellowship of Rs. 37,000. The appointment is temporary and co-terminus with the project.
