- 1.) Screening Examination: Objective type multiple choice questions with negative marking (0.33 per wrong answer). Minimum qualifying marks: 35% for SC/ST, 40% for other categories.
- 2.) Interview: Candidates qualifying in the screening exam will be called for an interview. Final merit will be based on 75% of screening exam marks and 25% of interview marks.

- Step 2: Visit the UPPSC website https://uppsc.up.nic.in and fill the online application form using the OTR number.

- Step 4: Submit the application online and take a printout. Send the hard copy of the application along with self-attested documents to the UPPSC office so that it reaches by 05:00 PM on 05-01-2026 (or as per notification).
