The Central University of Jharkhand (CUJ) has issued a notification for the engagement of a Registrar on a short-term contractual basis. This is an excellent opportunity for retired officers with extensive experience in administration and finance within central government institutions.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must possess a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree and have retired from the post of Registrar or Finance Officer at Level-14 (or equivalent) on a regular basis. Alternatively, candidates with a minimum of four years of service as Registrar/Finance Officer at Level-14 are also eligible. Proficiency in Government of India rules and regulations, including Finance & Accounts, Audit procedures, GFRs-2017, Recruitment Rules, Administrative and Establishment matters, Purchase & Stores Management, Secretariat work, RTI, court cases, grievance redressal, and contract execution is essential.

Age Limit

The maximum age for applicants is 64 years.

Selection Process

Applications will be shortlisted based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview, which can be conducted in online or physical mode. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
