Overview

Mormugao Port Authority (MPA) has released a notification for the contractual engagement of a Junior Environmental Manager. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a background in environmental engineering to work with one of India's major ports. The engagement is initially for three years and offers a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 76,000.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech degree in Environmental Engineering or a closely related discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, a minimum of three years of professional experience in the relevant field is required.

Age Limit:The maximum age for applicants is 40 years as of the last date of application. No age relaxation has been specified for reserved categories.

Salary and Benefits

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly salary of Rs. 76,000. The engagement is purely contractual and does not include any other allowances or benefits applicable to permanent employees.

Selection Process

The selection process consists of a written examination and/or an interview. If a written exam is conducted, it will carry 85% weightage and the interview 15%. The authority reserves the right to cancel the process at any stage without assigning a reason.
