National Institute of Technology Calicut (NIT Calicut) has invited applications for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under the ISRO RESPOND project. This is a contractual research position with an initial tenure of one year, extendable up to project completion based on performance.
Overview
The recruitment is for a single post of Junior Research Fellow. The selected candidate will work on a research project funded by ISRO. The monthly fellowship is Rs. 37,000. The job location is at NIT Calicut campus in Kerala.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:Candidates must have either an M.Sc. in Physics/Applied Physics or a B.E./B.Tech degree in a relevant branch. For B.E./B.Tech holders, GATE qualification or a national-level examination conducted by central government agencies (such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MeitY, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IITs, IISc, IISERs) is mandatory. For M.Sc. holders, CSIR-NET/JRF, JAM, or GATE qualification is required.
