The Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Intern (UG/PG Engineering) at its High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL) in Pune. A total of 28 vacancies are available for candidates pursuing engineering degrees or postgraduate studies in relevant fields.

Overview of the Internship

This is a short-term internship opportunity for a duration of 6 months. Selected interns will receive a monthly stipend of ₹5,000. The internship is designed to provide practical exposure in defence research areas.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:Candidates must have ME/M.Tech/MS or be currently pursuing Engineering Degree (7th/8th semester) or M.Tech (1st/2nd year) in disciplines such as Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.

Age Limit:Maximum 28 years.

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic records. An interview may be conducted if necessary. The final selection will be based on overall merit.
