Digital India Corporation (DIC), under the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, has invited online applications for the position of Manager - Procurement. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess an MBA or PGDM degree from a recognized university or institution.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in procurement and contract management is required. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Government, Public Sector Undertakings, or large national programmes.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit is 55 years as on the last date of application. Age relaxation may apply as per government norms.

The role demands proficiency in public procurement processes, including RFP/RFQ/RFE preparation, General Financial Rules (GFR), CVC guidelines, GeM procurement, e-procurement systems, and audit procedures. Experience with high-value contracts in manpower consulting, digital infrastructure, cloud security, IT/ITES, and system integration is essential.
