- Step 4: Pay the application fee of Rs. 2000 online via debit/credit card or net banking.
- Step 5: Submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Uttar Pradesh Ayush NEET Admission 2019: The Directorate of Ayush, Uttar Pradesh has started the online counseling for admission to BAMS, BHMS, and BUMS courses for the academic year 2019. Candidates who have qualified NTA NEET 2019 and meet eligibility criteria can apply online from 22 August to 31 August 2019.

Candidates who have appeared and qualified in NTA NEET 2019, passed High School and Intermediate from Uttar Pradesh (or have UP domicile), and meet other eligibility criteria. Candidates from other states are also eligible.
Seat allotment is based on NEET 2019 rank, category, and candidate's choice of college and course preferences.
The first round allotment result is scheduled for 6 September 2019.
Choice filling can be modified until the last date of choice filling (2 September 2019). After that, no changes are allowed.
