Eligibility Criteria
For Primary Level (Classes I-V):Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in the final year of Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed).
For Elementary Level (Classes VI-VIII):Graduation and passed or appearing in the final year of Bachelor of Education (B.Ed).
No age limit is prescribed for CTET.

- OBC/SC/ST: Rs. 500
Selection Process
Selection is based solely on the performance in the CTET exam. Candidates who secure the minimum qualifying marks (60% for General, 55% for OBC/SC/ST) are awarded a CTET certificate, valid for 7 years.
