National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the notification for UGC NET June 2026 examination. Candidates can apply online from 29 April 2026 to 20 May 2026. This exam is for Assistant Professor and Junior Research Fellowship (JRF).

Eligibility
Candidates who have passed or are appearing in a Master’s degree in the relevant subject with at least 55% marks are eligible. Those with a 4-year Bachelor’s degree are also eligible.
Age Limit (for JRF)
- General/EWS: Up to 31 years
- OBC: Up to 34 years
- SC/ST: Up to 36 years
For Assistant Professor, there is no age limit.
