Step 1: Register on UPTET OTR portal using valid email and mobile number.
Step 2: Fill the online application form with personal, educational, and other details.
Step 3: Upload scanned photograph, signature, and required documents in prescribed format.
Step 4: Pay the application fee through SBI I Collect or E Challan mode.
Step 5: After correction window, submit the form and take a printout for future reference.

Bachelor Degree in any stream with D.El.Ed (passing/appearing) OR
Bachelor Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed (passing/appearing) OR
10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.El.Ed OR
Other as per NCTE norms.

Junior Level (Class VI-VIII)

Bachelor Degree/Master Degree with 50% marks and B.Ed/B.Ed Special OR
Bachelor Degree with BTC training OR
10+2 with 50% marks and 4-year B.LEd OR
B.Sc.Ed etc.
