• Motor Cycle without Gear (MCWOG)
• Motor Cycle with Gear (MCWG)
• Light Motor Vehicle (LMV)
• LMV 3 Wheeler NT (3W-NT)
• LMV Tractor NT (Tractor)
• E-Rikshaw (ERiksh)
• Other: Road Roller, Crane, etc.

Stages to Apply

1. Fill application details online.
2. Upload documents, photo, and signature.
3. Pay fee.
4. Verify payment status.
5. Print receipt.
6. Book slot for learning test.
7. Appear for test at allotted RTO.
8. If passed, download Learning License.

How to Fill Form

First, fill the online application for UP Learning License. Pay the fee, select slot, and print all documents. Take the exam at the RTO on the scheduled date. Result is declared immediately. After a few days, download your Learning License online.
