- Male:Height 5'4", Chest 31", 1.6 km run in 6 min, Gola Fek 16 pound through 16 feet, High Jump 4 feet, Long Jump 12 feet.
- Female:Height 153 cm, 800 m run in 5 min, Gola Fek 12 pound through 10 feet, High Jump 3 feet, Long Jump 9 feet.

Candidates must be a domicile of Bihar and have passed 10+2 Intermediate from a recognized board.
Minimum age is 19 years and maximum age is 40 years as on 01/01/2025. Age relaxation is applicable as per government norms.
