Indian Institute of Technology Jammu (IIT Jammu) has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in the department of Mechanical Engineering or allied fields. The fellowship is for a project and offers a monthly stipend of Rs. 31,000.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must possess an ME/M.Tech/MS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Applied Mechanics, or Material Science and Engineering. In addition, applicants must have qualified GATE or CSIR-UGC NET (including lectureship). Age should not exceed 30 years as of the closing date.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on shortlisting of applications followed by an interview. Only those candidates who meet the eligibility criteria and have a strong academic record will be called for the interview.
