The Uttar Pradesh Bar Council has issued a notification for the submission of the Declaration Form by advocates who were enrolled after July 2010. Interested and eligible candidates must fill the online application by 31 October 2016.

Application Fee

No application fee is required for any candidate. The form is free for all.

Eligibility Criteria

Only those advocates who were enrolled in the UP Bar Council after July 2010 are required to submit the form. Advocates enrolled before July 2010 are not eligible to fill the Declaration Form.

How to Fill the Application Form

1. Open the Apply Online Declaration Form link.
2. Enter your basic information to generate login details.
3. Open the login page and enter your login credentials received via SMS/Email.
4. Upload the required documents and complete the submission.
5. Print the Declaration Form for your records.

Additional Details

The Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh resolved on 23 July 2016 to ask for submission of Declaration Form from those enrolled after July 2010. The form must be filled as per Rules of 2005. Two passport size photographs are required to be attached with the application. There are more than 1,00,000 advocates on the rolls of the UP State Bar Council.
