Indian Army has released the detailed notification and Post Wise Eligibility Details for the Agniveer recruitment under Agneepath scheme 2022-23. Any youth whose age is between 17.5 to 23 years and from any state/city can apply in this Indian Army Agniveer Recruitment 2022.

Vacancy Details & Eligibility
Agniveer General Duty (GD) All Arms:Class 10th Matric with 45% marks and minimum 33% in each subject.
Agniveer Technical (All Arms):10+2 Intermediate in Science (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, English) with minimum 50% marks aggregate and 40% in each subject OR 10+2 with 1 year ITI course.
Agniveer Clerk/Store Keeper (Technical):10+2 Intermediate in any stream with minimum 60% marks aggregate and minimum 50% in each subject.
Agniveer Tradesman (10th Pass):Class 10th High School pass in any recognized board with minimum 33% in each subject.
Agniveer Tradesman (8th Pass):Class 8th pass in any recognized board with minimum 33% in each subject.
Physical Fitness Test
Group I: Running 1.6 Km in 5 min 30 sec, Pull Ups 10 times.
Group II: Running 1.6 Km in 5 min 45 sec, Pull Ups 6-9 times.
Benefits under Agnipath Scheme
- Youth aged 17.5-23 years can apply for 4-year service.
- 10% reservation in Assam Rifles after 4 years.
- Preference in state police departments (UP, MP, etc.).
- Life insurance cover of Rs. 48 Lakhs during engagement.
- Annual leave: 30 days + sick leave as per medical advice.
