Eligibility Criteria
Forest Range Officer (FRO):Bachelor Degree with at least one of the subjects: Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Science, Forestry, Botany, Chemistry, Geology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Zoology, Environmental Science or Honours in related subjects or Engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Chemical from a recognized university. Physical standards: Height – Male 163 cm, Female 152.5 cm; Chest – Male 79 cm (unexpanded); Walking – Male 25 km in 4 hours, Female 14 km in 4 hours.
Assistant Conservator of Forest (ACF):Same educational qualification as FRO. Physical standards same as above.
