Haryana Staff Selection Commission (HSSC) has released the PMT Admit Card for the recruitment of Constable General Duty (Male/Female/GRP) Posts. The PMT will be conducted on 20 April 2026. Candidates can download their admit card using their Enrollment Number, Registration Number, or Date of Birth.

Physical Standard Test
Male:UR: 170 cm height, 83-87 cm chest; OBC/SC/ST: 168 cm height, 81-85 cm chest.
Female:UR: 158 cm height; OBC/SC/ST: 156 cm height.
Physical Efficiency Test
Male: 2.5 KM race in 12 minutes; Female: 1 KM in 6 minutes; Ex-Serviceman: 1 KM in 5 minutes.
