Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad (IIT (ISM) Dhanbad) has announced a recruitment drive for the post of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) under a sponsored project. The position is for a maximum tenure of three years or until the end of the project, whichever is earlier.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must hold an ME/M.Tech/MS degree with a valid NET or GATE qualification. A strong background in Applied Mathematics and proficiency in programming languages such as C, C++, MATLAB, MATHEMATICA, or Python is essential. Integrated M.Sc/M.Tech students are also eligible to apply.
Salary and Benefits
The selected JRF will receive a monthly fellowship of ₹42,000 as per the project norms.
Selection Process
Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic merit and qualifications. Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview. The final selection will be based on performance in the interview.
