How to Apply

1. Visit the official UTITSL website.
2. Select category (Individual, Army, Navy, Airforce, Company, Partner, Firm).
3. Enter personal details: Name, Father Name, DOB, Address, Mobile, Email ID.
4. Click on Declaration and Submit.
5. Pay fee and note Acknowledgement Number.
