The Manohar Parrikar Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses (MP-IDSA), New Delhi, invites applications for the position of Associate Fellow. This is a research-oriented role for individuals with a strong academic background in defence, strategic, or social sciences.
Overview
MP-IDSA is a premier think tank under the Ministry of Defence. The Associate Fellow will contribute to the institute's research on national security, defence policy, and strategic affairs.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess an M.Phil degree in disciplines such as History, Political Science, Economics, Geography, Psychology, Sociology, or any other social science subject relevant to the institute's research areas.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in research or teaching after obtaining the M.Phil degree is required. Candidates with a PhD and additional publications may be preferred.
Age Limit
The maximum age limit for General category candidates is 45 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories as per Government of India norms will be applicable.
