Stenographer: 10+2 Intermediate from any recognized board with dictation speed of 80 wpm and transcription speed of 50 wpm (English) or 65 wpm (Hindi).
SSA: Bachelor Degree in any discipline with typing speed of 35 wpm (English) or 30 wpm (Hindi).
